Call for scores
Deadline: June 1, 2022
Guidelines:
The Palisade Trumpet Collective is pleased to announce its first Call for Scores. Composers are encouraged to submit a completed work to be read during our Summer 2022 residency at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Composers of selected works will receive a rehearsal recording of their work with written feedback. Each composition must be written for a trumpet ensemble of four to six players and may feature trumpets of various keys, cornets, or flugelhorns. Submitted works must have been composed within the last 10 years.
ELIGIBILITY:
1. Any composer is eligible regardless of age, nationality, sex, color, creed, sexual orientation, marital status, disability or veteran status.
2. Composers from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to submit.
GUIDELINES:
1. Application Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm EST on June 1, 2022. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
2. The submitted work must have been written after June 1, 2012. Works written before this date will not be considered.
3. Composers will retain ownership of their submitted work(s).
4. No more than 10 works will be selected from the submissions.

6. Each complete entry will include:
PDF of full score (labeled “Title of piece, PTC CFS 2022”)
PDF of individual parts (labeled “Title of piece-Instrument, PTC CFS 2022”)
Audio file of a midi or live recording in M4a or MP3 format (Labeled “Title of piece-Audio, PTC CFS 2022”)
